However Baron Helmut Zemo is threatening to ruin the T-Bolts' plans, if the Fixer cannot find him a new host body before the launch! Then there is the ethical dilemma that Jolt implores her teammates to consider. If the Thunderbolts leave Counter-Earth, who will protect the people from the evil designs of the World Party and Baron Heinrich Zemo? The T-Bolts are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. Assuming there are blue seas on this desolate planet.
