Captain America's temporary assignment to lead the Thunderbolts is over. And his replacement is none other than Citizen V (aka John Watkins III). However there is one very big problem! The mind of Baron Helmut Zemo has been implanted into John Watkins' body! So the T-Bolts' new leader is actually their original leader! Meanwhile, the Fixer has been doggedly trying to find where Ogre is hiding within Mount Charteris and also what he is hiding. Regrettably, the Fixer is successful. And the world is about to meet Humus Sapien for the first time!
