Marvel's Most Wanted heroes face a double crisis on two different worlds! The Thunderbolts travel to Titan, Saturn's largest moon, to seek help for Moonstone. Captain Marvel (aka Genis-Vell) believes that Mentor and ISAAC can diagnose and possibly cure her condition. However when ISAAC recommends forcibly removing the moon gem from Dr. Karla Sofen's body, the pleasantries are over! Meanwhile in Colorado, Scourge prepares to execute Techno! And then take out Atlas next! But at the same time, the strange villain is going to free the three subjects in Techno's bio-chambers! And one of the subjects looks a lot like Jolt! Wow, is the teenage thunderbolt somehow alive?
