Typhoid Mary and the Kingpin guest star. While Matt is recovering in the hospital, he is visited by Karen and Mary at the same time and Karen learns he has been cheating on her. When DD awakens, he finds the city plagued by a horde of crazy demons and takes a little trip to Hell on the subway.
