The V-Battalion is determined to track down the mastermind behind the nanoprobes technology. And the first step is sending Citizen V (aka John Watkins III) to acquire a top secret Voice Modulation Program (VMP) from a research facility in Atlanta! However someone else gets the software program first: Diamondback! Whoa, how is Captain America's former partner (and girlfriend) involved in this? Citizen V doesn't know, but he follows Rachel Leighton to Brooklyn...and watches her give the VMP to Fenris -- the von Strucker twins! Oh no, that can't be good! So Citizen V tries to stop the transaction, but the mind-controlled Diamondback blocks him! And Fenris escapes! But wherever the twins go, the V-Battalion will follow!
