A young teenager comes to Four Freedoms Plaza in desperate need of assistance! She says bizarre experiments are being performed on children at a remote castle in upstate New York. Some of the T-Bolts feel compassion for Hallie and want to help her! But the Masters of Evil are only pretending to be heroes. Are they capable of selfless acts? Nevertheless, Citizen V leads his team north to assault the mysterious castle! And once inside the Thunderbolts discover the sick mastermind behind the experiments: Armin Zola. No one is surprised.
